Service Improvement Process and Form
Sunset Empire Transportation District (SETD) strives to provide the highest quality of safe, efficient and accessible public transit services. Public and employee comments are essential to this goal.
An SETD Service Improvement Form will be initiated and completed whenever a customer, rider, employee or person(s) from the general public has a comment that they would like to make regarding SETD services or a concern about a specific SETD service or condition that they have experienced, witnessed or observed that does not uphold the safe provision of services to clients, riders and SETD employees or other potential or real safety concerns. All comments questions or concerns, both positive and negative are welcome and appreciated.
